No red border between the river

Seen in one mode. There is no red border between countries that border across the river. The natural boundary is the river. Looks very nice, can it be done somehow in the original?

Hi, It's simply because the game needs a more larger river to allow a border drawing.

I made some map modding. Usually, some mods using a 5 pixel width for the river. In this mod, it's 3 pixel. It's too little.

Oh.. It's just a WATK map slightly modified by myself. Not available cause i've to change some sea zones

Technically, yes. By redrawing all the rivers more larger... a very huge task
