I cannot get anything to transfer from the surface to the undeground no matter how I try to place the order. Here is what I tried:
1) Build elevator and assign two drones to the top
2) Place concrete depots at both ends of the elevator
3) Set top concrete to desire none (default) (after filling it with 180)
4) Set bottom concrete to desire max.
5) Assign four more drones to the elevator within range of the top concrete
6) Park the RC commander downstairs within range of the bottom concrete and assign its drones to the elevator
7) Just in case, build SHUTTLES on the top AND bottom because who knows... maybe THAT will work? ( manually transport fuel to both shuttle hubs)
8) Place order from the top to send 50 concrete to the bottom
9) NOT TOUCH THE ORDER from the bottom
10) Watch as NOTHING happens.
