Can someone help me get my sound back? My slider for my sound fx is maxed and there is still no sound fx in the game.

Try running the settings utility in the main HoI menu (exit HoI, navigate to the folder and run HOI_settings.exe). I'm guessing that somehow it got turned off there. If that doesn't work, please post back here with your complete system details (OS, sound card, video card, version of DirectX, etc.) and we'll take it from there.
