I just got the HOI2 Anthology and there is no mention of any rule changes for the Armageddon game. When I do control-rt click for a unit I get no option for strategic redepoyment. Should there be? - thanks

What nation are you playing? Not all of them start with that tech researched. It's on the infantry page, with the repair and TC modifier techs. I believe it is the first TC modifier tech.
Also, make sure that you have the unit selected, then control right click on the province you want them to go to, not on the province they are in. Also make sure that you control a land route 100% to the point there.
