Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I have attempted to start the game and have gotten to the screen where it says game initialising. The music plays and then its just crashes just as it is about to go to the main menu

Please explain how to reproduce the issue


Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
 
DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Please attach your Documents/Paradox/CK3/pdx_settings.txt .
From your Documents/Paradox/CK3/logs/ folder, attach system.log , error.log
 
Not to be rude. I have gone through all this part before which is still on my original bug report. Im just a little fed up to be honest so would appreciate if you could look at it there maybe?
 
I don't handle bug reports I'm sorry, I'm purely tech support. If you prefer for QA to try and handle it on the Bug Reports forum, that's fine.

Hi. Unferstand you may not do so. Is it possible for you to raise with someone on that team as I've clearly been forgotten. I have waited patiently for the last 13 days. 13 days I may add i cant play a game I have paid over 50 pound for. I would really appreciate if you could do something to raise this to their attention. Others who have put bug reports on have had regular updates on the problem and I have not had one since the 3rd of September. Tell me, do you think that's acceptable? I have tried every avenue I have been able to but the more im sat here with no help I may as well get a refund. Clearly paradox don't want to help me

You can try shutting down steam and running the game directly from the .exe file (while steam is turned off!). I have a similar issue and this method worked for me (though achievements, multiplayer etc. won’t work)
