yeah...i would like to colonize for example valyria,sothoryos or far east essos. but most of this provinces are wastelands or without a character. can i change it with a sub mod you maybe know?
So far the only one on your list open to this version is Blackninja's "Colonize Valyria" submod. There was a submod that enabled everything to be colonized, but it's so out of date right now.
hmm is it difficult to make this wasteland to normal provinces??in eu4 its not so difficult....im really not a fan of wastelands it looks so weird if you paint the map and there are grey provinces left in the middle of your empire
