Noise effect within shadows

Hi,
Sofar everything is working fine, however, i have a strange visual effekt. Maybe I'll provide a video later on, but for now i'll just describe it:
You know this noise/film grain effekt from Survival games? I got that one within my shadows for some reasons. I tried to disable tiltshift, AA, but nothing helps. Shadows stay noisi(even when i am not moving)

2) And i can't get any Archievement-Progress -.- (not that i care too much about it, it just bugs me)
