I would put good money on more people playing as nomads than even muslims. A LOT of the let's plays, WCs, and AARs are nomad playthroughs.

Paradox collects statistics like this i'm sure it's out there somewhere.

If they are not included I probably won't play anyone east of Poland until they are for sure. I'd expect it to be an early if not the first DLC.
Mostly because Muslims are painfully dull to play. Nomads at least have constant action going for them.

I love nomads thematically, and I think the emergence of the mongol empire is one of the most interesting things about the CK2 period.

I say this to mitigate what I'm about to say.

I don't think nomad mechanics should be in CK3 on release unless there has been a substantial, time and effort-consuming attempt to improve them from their CK2 implementation. As it stands they are boring, overpowered and incredibly exploitable. The reason you see them used so often in WCs and achievement runs is because it's very, very easy to roll over the world with nomads once you survive the first few decades, which is itself trivially easy if you choose the right start. At the same time, they're also kind of annoying to play as you have to deal with constant rebellions over huge geographical areas, mandatory council woes and an unforgiving succession system.

All in all, they just need a deep rethink, and I'd rather see them given the time they need rather than forced in at release just because they were in CK2.

Nomads will be available in the CK3 : Horse Lords DLC.
Just like the inventory will be unlocked with the CK3 : Monks and Mystics DLC.

Which of course you will have to buy all over again...

"Its not my concern, Pdox should just do the thing because I've personally spent 1000$ on their company!"

To be clear, all I have been saying is that as it was built, those systems were buggy hardcoded messes that were hard to mod let alone improve as devs. Thus, I'd rather they take their time and do them right, then shoehorn in bad code that will just lead to more problems later on when they have to improve it and people don't like the changes so they yell about it.
my point was that they’ve been working on ck3 for 4 years so they had much time to rethink on how they need to realize nomads and lot of feedback from community

I think it speaks volumes the fact that many things left out of CK3, such as nomads, are said to not be included "at launch."

This clearly leaves open the possibility of all this content and mechanics be fixed or be put in a functioning state later on in the game's life. I take it that the sheer amount of content being worked on is overwhelming so they have to keep focus on the main things, and then return to the things that wouldn't work that well during the main game's production.

I'm keeping my optimism on this and other things as well.

They've also said they want to sell content packs for DLC and give away the mechanics for free. If that's the case I'm more than happy for them to hold nomads and republics back until they are the best they can be since under that business model you wouldn't have to pay for them when there ready.

Who knows, maybe they give the corresponding DLCs for free or with a discount for the owner of the CK2 DLCs in question.

On the other hand, I do also understand why people could be made to pay for them after all, CK2 is not going anywhere, so if they improve the Nomad and Merchant Republics... I guess we will wait and see.
