A while back sprite sheets were broken up in to individual icons for planet modifiers, for a bunch of assets (e.g. ship classes) which made compatibility easier to deal with.

Does anyone know how to do this for Planet_modifiers/Static_modifiers?

I've created a couple of Hexagonal frames I want to use. But I havent been able to figure out how to define my own overlay frames without overwriting the vanilla modifier sheet. For now i've been setting the modded planet modifiers to "Frame=999" to suppress the vanilla RedGreenAmber rings, then baking the image directly in to the modifier icon in photoshop.

It looks OK but probably would be more scalable if I could define my own swappable spite sheet for planet modifiers.
