Could it be that former sea province area/region names can't be changed? I tried to turn a land province into a sea province and I couldn't change the region name also... So are the sea provinces hardcoded to be sea provinces or am I doing something wrong?

Hannibal Barca2 said:@Zokan - You seems to have done very correct this far, what you need to do is use the colorpick tool to delete the grey colour AND the white one so that EVERYTHING that is not your border, including the white stuff.
The black appears because paint are not able to make transparent in the same way as GIMP, which means you will have to paste it above a picture in GIMP OR tell paint the black colour should be "transparent"![]()
