Normalized Relations.

I created a DiplomaticMatrix.csv with normalized relations. I thought it might be fun=)

Can you gimme examples of which relationships you altered. I might use it if you gimme the list, cuz I too find some of the EU relationships weird to say the least

It is angelfire, on many computers it is impossible o download. I have no idea why.

i set all relations to 0
i post the txt on my page instead of the file.
