Norse idea Leif's legacy causing agenda to fail

Description​

Playing norse with norse ideas. My only colonist is from Leif's legacy. Got agenda of the diet and decided to pick an exploration decision. It instantly failed because Leif's Legacy isn't listed as eligable.

Steps to reproduce​

Started as Norway. Wen't Norse. Norse culture. Had Legacyt of our forefathers colonist first if that's relevant. Called the diet, chose "Explore this area". Failed agenda instantly.

Latest without King of Kings installed.
