North Vietnam no South Vietnam

I recently purchased Cold War and I noticed that North Vietnam controls all of Vietnam and
South Vietnam doesn't exist. Has this been fixed? Cheers

Huh? Not sure what you mean. North vietnam and south vietnam are both in game.
At the start they are split, with south vietnam being a french colony.
Colonies are not playable if thats what your referring to.
