"Norwegian Wood" achievement has the wrong code

Description​

The achievement code for "Norwegian Wood" lists the achievement as possible when starting as Norway or starting as Scandinavia formed by Norway. However, the completion requirement is that all Naval supplies provinces are owned by Norway or one of its subjects. The intention certainly was that starting as Norway, forming Scandinavia and then owning all naval supplies provinces should grant the achievement.
