Expeditionary forces huge exploit
Sorry if this was already noticed, but I searched buglist and found nothing about it so...
1.06, "normal" (unmoded) HoI
After sending expeditionary force to other country, reinforcements of this unit(s) are "sponsored" by this country itself (no longer by you). So if we need to reinforce our unit all we have to do is:
0. click pause
1. send this unit as expeditonary force to someone
2. reinforce it using his manpower and supplies
3. recall this unit at once
This operation cost us literally nothing (sending/recalling exp. forces requires 0 diplo) We have fully replenished unit with our supplies/manpower left intact.
This should be quickly fixed... think about consequences especially in multiplayer game (stealing of manpower and supply? but of course). The whole idea of reinforcing exp unit from current country pool (not from its fatherland) seems to me strange
But if authors persist on this solution, there should be some anti-exploit features implemented.. for example: reinforcements of exp. forces could be done on the cost of foreign country, but only when they are supplied from this country. That would force us to make abroad trips with our armies (not always the best solution especially when in war and every single division on the front counts). Or maybe sending exp. forces should cost us at least 1 diplo? Or maybe both of it.
