the ressuply cost in manpower should be proportional to build cost.

the same should apply to all units

NO, YOU ARE WRONG, PLEASE CLOSE THIS, IT WAS MY ERROR.
 
Threads normally aren't closed unless rules are being broken; eventually a mod will edit the thread title to add 'NOT A BUG' or 'WAD' (Working As Designed) at the start.
