NOT A BUG: Mysterious fatal crash bug in 1603

I think I have discovered a fatal crash bug (playing v 1,08) that occurs in 1603. Usually it occurs around the time when James the I are installed as king in England. I have run then game many, many times from a previous save game and it crashes every time. Anyone else seeing this bug?

I have the Montezuma patch applied and I have done some modding, english language. However the crash occurs without any connection to an event and it occurs when playing different countries.

Any tips on how to tracing a bug is most welcome

If it happens everytime on a set date or near so, it is almost certainly a bugged event triggering.

As I don't believe this happens to others, it should be one of those you have edited.

Probably a leader or monarch then. But how do you know it's not an event occurring to an AI country?

I suggest you post over in the modifications forum, they do this for a living over there.
