Possible bug with claims of rulers' sons

I'm Count of Anhalt in the 1066 scenario and I'm married with a wife whose brother was number one successor of the Count of Celle; I had two sons at that time. When my wife's brother became Count of Celle, my two sons got a claim on him (because he is their uncle). Some time later I got another son, this son became number three after my two other sons to inherit the Count of Celle. But this third son didn't get a claim. Is this correct?

I think you only get a claim upon the inheritance. The inheritor gets the land; the next three (or four ?) in line to inherit get claims. The other son was born later, so he gets no claim.

By the way, if one of the claimants dies, then someone can inherit their claim. That kind of inheritance doesn't create multiple claims (unlike inheritance of the land).
