71 year old Byzantene emperor in hes second marriage makes babies like crazy ! He had 3 in 3 years and a bastard ! While his son in his twenties have barely managed to make one

Yep, it's hapenned to me several times. I've noticed a boost after producing a bastard and getting the lustful trait. Also, some women are much more fertile than others. I once had twice as many kids with my third wife than with the other two combined, and all sons.

This could happen.

But do you in fact get lustful trait after that wench event ? I didn't notice any traits to appear due to events

Not automatically. There's a 25% chance of getting lustful trait if you choose choice A (the one that gives you a bastard), and 10% chance of getting lustful if you choose B.

With my experience, the men will stay rabbits-ready-to-breed no matter their age, which is somewhat realistic, as I remember reading about a man who was in his seventies and got his new wife pregnant... In real life.

But women clearly lose their fertility by the time they reach their forties or so. I've never seen a woman 40+ get pregnant. Which is also realistic as irl women become unreproductive around those ages. Or I have got my biology all wrong.
