Stewards Broken?

I started playing CK again after a small break of a week or so. Started one of my save games and noticed that I was suddenly getting demesne size problems. Strange, I thought...I had no problems before. I checked my demesne size info and it gave my Ruler's start value as 3. However, I clicked on my ruler and saw that his Stewardship rating + his Steward's rating was 18.

I thought that the Steward's rating helped...but the game seems to have stopped taking that into account. I tried starting a new game to see if it was broken there too, and it was. This is pretty strange, seeing that I had played 1.04 and this hadn't been a problem. I do think that this might be post-1.04a, though.

No Bug I think.
The demense that you can rule without penalty depends ONLY on the Stewardship rating of your ruler. The rating of your steward have no influence on how many provinces you can rule.
What is the stewardship rating of your ruler without his steward?

Nope.

Demesne size has always been dependent on your ruler's stewardship only. The steward's stewardship has never factored in it. Not in 1.00 - 1.04, and not in 1.04a either.
