Bug in Offer tribute?
Why cant i offer War Indemnities when i offer tribute?
or the others (Humilate,Fore disarment, Military Access, Satellite)
Tthe buttons for those are "gray" and have a tool tip that says that you cant demand War Indemnities when begging for mercy.
But i dont want to demand it i want to offer it.
Got answer from P that's by design.
Just think that would be useful at least in MP games.
