Research trade bug....

I've come across a bug. When I traded tech with UK as the Netherlands I accidently asked for the same tech I was researching myself.

Now the research is not progressing anymore (ofcourse since it's already mine through the swap) but it doesen't dissapear either. It seems to be locked and I can't remove it to research anything else and thus I'm rather screwed.

Can this be fixed by some editing of some file otherwise it should be adressed in a patch.

This may not be a bug. Are you still collecting RP. If you are then when you have enough to gain the tech normally the research bar will continue. The design premise was that you cannot research new tech until the RP balance is positive. Buying tech just gives you the benefits slightly early

Ahh....great, I have -27 research points so when I get those back I'll be able to research again.Thanks for the info.
