Hi! I recently deleted EU2 on my computer for being able to reinstall it. Under the new installation, my PC suddenly shut down (probably I pressed the restart button without wanting it) and the installation was cancelled. Then I deleted the already installed files manually, and later I deleted them with the autorun program on the CD. For now: everything fine. But when I tried to start the installation process once again, the setup claimed that eu was installed already. When I tried to remove it, the percentage moved from 0-100 in a second and the program told me it was deleted. But still I don`t get the possibility to install EU! This happend time after time. The same happens when I try to "repair" the files the setup claims are on my PC - 0-100 in a minute, and no files installed.

Probably there exists some traces after the cancelled installation the setup isn`t available to delete. What do I do?

The problem lies in the registry. you have to delete the entries for eu2.

FYI, proper English would be:

"I want to learn, but not to be taught" (Socrates)

Better, now spell his name correct. :p :D

OK - I think I got it... That damn English...:p :p :p

I would tell you, however you wish to learn and not be taught! :)

Well, well - it`s a slogan used by the Pupil`s Assocation in Norway to encourage to reform the Norwegian school - and it`s working: the Norwegian school is today constantly in change. It`s not that I don`t want to be taught... :D :D :D

Okay.

Let put an end to this as we are way off topic. ;)
