Not getting the lands on a ducal tittle even after winning war over it

My king had two claims for duchies in Sweden that were owned by Golden Horde. I started a war over both claims. When I won the war I got the lands for one of the duchies and the ducal tittle for both but the other one wasn't given to me and there was nobody else occupying the land in question. Now its stupid as I have the duke tittle for the area but I will most likely lose it few years when the Khan takes it back by usurping it. This is clearly a bug as you should get the lands of the ducal areas if you press claim you yourself own.

Well the other duchy land was totally owned by count vassals so I got them but still it doesn't seem WAD that you would not get any land linked to the ducal tittle you win in a war when all three provinces of them is owned by the khan who you just fought the war.

Are you sure you have the claim and not the count? And did you use your own claim to declare war?

I had this happen as well because I was using the claim of a courtier instead of my own claim to declare war.

As I said it was a war for multible claims and you can't do those if they are not your claims.

Do you have a save file of the issue? Preferably before starting the war.

Ok I went to the earliest save I had before the war start and noticed that Duchy of Uppland was not owned by the emperor but one his vassals that didn't own any land in de jure Uppland. So this most likely was my mistake but I still am quite sure that the emperor was the duke of that tittle when I did declare war. Still this made me find another bug that is suprisingly missed by betas even when its quite simple to find. I will report it in new thread.
