Aside from Federations, Nemesis, Necroids and Lithoids I have all of the DLCs. I just brought a new comp and I can't seem to load them unto Steam nor do they seem to be in the launcher though I can clearly look at the page that states that I paid for them. What am I doing wrong?

Progress, but now it says the app configuration is unavailable. What gives with this thing?

Sorry, this is a Steam error, is that right? If so we should probably do a clean reinstall of Steam and game, let me know if so.
 
If it is a Steam error we should be able to fix it - is that right? Maybe a screenshot will confirm it for me.
