There is new version in the first post that highlights commands, scopes, conditions in different colors.
Thanks!

Also, minor note: You misspelled "language" in the download file name.

Edit:
Also, there appear to be a number of keywords missing from your lists. Here's the xml file for the old version I have. If you open it as a file in notepad++, and turn on your language, the words in the keyword lines that don't get colored are the ones presumably missing from your lists.

Also, here's a tweaked version of your language I made, that has the same font as the old version (Lucida Sans), and with keywords bolded.

Your file includes lot of EU keywords, unworking keywords and localization keywords (I haven't added these yet), but if you don't mind I'll go over your xml, because there are some valid ones I have missed.

Updated with some missing keywords and moved some keywords to different groups. If there are any missing keywords please report them here.

Do I need to remove the old language style first, or can I just follow the install notes again?

Edit: Have not checked, but the only one immediately coming into mind is set_province_flag, if it is already added, nvm :)

In Notepad++ open "Language/Define your language...", in "User language" box at the top select CK2, select "Remove". Afterwards follow the normal instructions.
It's added.

Do you have another download location? For some reason it keeps connecting but never it never lets me download the file.

Question: I don't suppose that this could be added to other editiors? my favorite editor is Kommodo* So I would be delighted if I could use it with Kommodo.

*it has practacly every language supported
Had a look at Komodo, it's possible, but from what I gathered it's way complicated than for notepad++.

Added different link in first post.

Alright, I guess I will keep Komodo edit for my heavy duty editing and use notepad++ for ck2. :)

I can not find the Language/Define your language Option can you describe in more detail where i have to look?

Will this work properly if using 2.2 with it?

It won't have the new strings unless/until someone adds them, so for instance is_tribal won't be colored, or auto-complete unless it's already in that file. Notepad++ won't really care, though.

OK, thank you for that clarification.

Is there a way to make this work with Gedit in Linux?
