I do not use any auto trading. Right now I don't have a lot of fleets, but could imagine it to be a real pain if I had 3 or 4 times the 4 or 5 I currently have. Would like to suggest that an arrival in port Icon display in the message window when a non-auto traded fleet arrives in port. Double clicking on the icon could center the window on that port.

Actually, what a less obtrusive mechanism would be is to have the fleet Icon flash maybe a half dozen times. That way if for whatever reason you don't care, you would not have to do anything other than wait out the flashing.

Game could pause on event of arrival just like EU3 pauses when something happens...

Have you noticed that the edges around the commander icon change color depending on the state of the fleet?
Green when moving, purple when trading, red when attacking, white when idle? So you can tell the arrival to port by looking at the commander icon - if the border is white the commander has made it to port.

I agree that a subtle sound or something would be good addition.
