I'm not sure if this really qualifies as a bug, but let me explain anyway.
Playing as Kingdom of Rus, I'd noticed that some Norwegian count had carved himself out a tiny kingdom in Sambia province, independent of any king. Unfortunately, his little kingdom bordered my enormous one, so an annexation was in order.
I declared war, annihilated his army, and was besieging his one and only province when I got the "Heathens Splintered" event. The problem being that this Norwegian count and his province were Catholic. Now, a look at the event file shows that the Heathens Splintered event triggers when any two countries of different religions are at war. Well, it seems kind of silly for this event to trigger for wars between Orthodoxy and Catholicism.
Anyway... I guess I just wanted to know if is this a known and intended effect of the event, and if it's possible to rewrite it so that it only triggers for wars between Christians and REAL heathens.
