Npc spawn rates

i was wondering if different npcs have a different chance of spawning on different planet types I mostly play imperial continental and have not once seen psy-fish and have only seen Autonom once to contrast I have seen paragon 6 times and the growth 5 in my out of the 9 non campaign games I have played so far

Frontier world seem to be pretty much only psi-fish and growth. Which is fair enough since spacers, paragon and automaton are post-collapse entities.

 

[Promethian]

Imperial world I have seen all of them but Paragon and Autonom seem to be more likely to spawn. I get Psi Fish rather often on continental. Their dwellings are always on water so when half the world is water this makes sense.
