NTL + VIP v0.3B events with modified dates

Game after 1920 with VIP events

NTL is good, but NTL with events is better.

Here are Victoria v1.03b + VIP v.03b + NTL(PatcherCMD) events with death and expiry dates changed from 1920 to 5920.
I made it for myself, but changing dates may be boring for someone, so use it.
