Null error cant lunch game

Hello, can't play this game, last time i play 2 days ago and now i can't lunch game try to solve with all the power of this forum but all the answers give me nothing uinstall like 3 times repair like 5, and restart this stupid paradox launcher like 12, do all what a indian guy on youtube do to fix this but make nothing alwyes same bug, when i start game with vic3.exe it work but cant have any dlc.

As victoria3.exe works, this is probably a launcher problem.


Please try this:

- uninstall Paradox Launcher v2 from the Windows "Apps and features" utility, if still present.

Delete the following folders if still present:

- C:/users/{userName}/AppData/Local/Programs/Paradox Interactive/
- C:/users/{userName}/AppData/Local/Paradox Interactive/
- C:/users/{userName}/AppData/Roaming/Paradox Interactive/launcher-v2/
To see the AppData folder you'll need to enable View Hidden Items in File Explorer.
- run the game from the PLAY button in Steam


IF that doesn't help, in this folder are some .log files:
C:/users/{userName}/AppData/Local/Paradox Interactive/launcher-v2/

I do it from video on yt and didnt change anything with repair on steam and without and do another time and still nothing. Eu4 work with no problem or any other games from paradox so dont think issue must be in luncher. Here is logs after i do what you tell me to. Have a nice day and soory for rage in my last post

FYI Steam repair does not touch the launcher, as Steam does not know it exists.

However those launcher files show no problem with it either ... try making a new Windows user profile on this PC and run the launcher/game under there - any better?

Don't change anything, same as runing as admin, will be not a problem if i can play without luncher but in that case its impossible to run dlc. On my 2nd profile and new profile change nothing and dont work and same error.

Please don't run ANYTHING as Admin, that causes problems all of its own. Make sure NONE of these files are flagged to run as Admin:

victoria3.exe (in the Steam Vic3/binaries folder)
dowser.exe (in the Steam Vic3/launcher folder)
C:/users/{username}/AppData/Local/Programs/Paradox Interactive/launcher-v2.2025.8/paradox launcher.exe
C:/users/{username}/AppData/Local/Programs/Paradox Interactive/bootstrapper-v2.exe

Any better?
