Numbers Don't Match

I notice the numbers in the Popups for Prestige and Piety don't match the mathematical sum of the traits etc below it.

For instance it says you gain .06 Prestige per month, but, the figures are .02 .03 and .02 for the items below this and add up to .07 prestige.

Same with Piety it says I get .05 Piety per month yet the figures are .02 .02 and .02 which adds up to .06 per month.

Why am I losing somewhere somehow .01 prestige and .01 piety per month in these popups for prestige and piety??

The figures might say 0.02, 0.03 and 0.02 on screen but in game the numbers can be 0.017562 + 0.026234 + 0.019327 = 0.063123 = 0.06
