Description

I am unable to continue the city I have been working on without issue for the past three days. As soon as I unpause the game to get started, this message immediately shows up. From my research everything seems to indicate mod issues. I have never used any mods in this. However, the message does not show if I start a brand-new city from scratch. Only when I load previous saves from the one I had been working on.

The DLCs I have been running are: Carols, Candies and Candy, Deluxe Edition Upgrade Pack, Match Day, Pearls From the East, Soundtrack, The Architecture Artbook, After Dark, Concerts, Green Cities, Industries, Mass Transit, Parklife, Snowfall, Sunset Harbor
The Content Creator Packs I have been using are: Art Deco, European Suburbia, High-Tech Buildings, Modern City Center, Modern Japan, University City.

The only oddity from what I did over the weekend, was the patch and new content that was released today, Last night I had no issues all night, nor the past two days. I do not know if it has something to do with the fact I was playing the Play for Free version released over the weekend. Were there some bonus assets included in the Free Play version that may have gone away now that I am in the full game and that is causing the issues? Or is there something special I have to do to update my old save with the new content patch from today? I've attached the output log and have a dxdiag text file as well, but it is not letting me add both to the post

Always best to attach the affected save game file here too, thanks.

Oh okay, I did not realize that could be done. Here you go. Thanks! I included the dxdiag file as well, if that helps

I just loaded this up on my rig (Ryzen 5800x, 32GB RAM, Nvidia RTX 2070 (8GB VRAM) OC edition and it works flawlessly.

The game is using ~46GB of memory (counting windows and a few other minor tasks running.

Maybe you need more memory? It reported you only had 24GB of RAM, while your GPU has 24GB of VRAM) It's always helpful to have more RAM than VRAM, At least double.

But you seem to have enough to run this game without issue, especially not having any workshop.

Maybe try updating drivers, BIOS, reboot your computer.

Turn off computer then unplug it from the wall after pressing power button a few times to drain power, then plug it back in and turn the computer back on. Sometimes memory gets hung up in windows and clearing it sometime helps it. Same for the motherboard. It will clear it up as well.

Unfortunately, it looks like you're affected by the issue where you aren't able to change the buses for different lines, and as you have selected biofuel buses for your bus lines, you're now receiving this error. We're currently investigating the issue but if you want to continue your city in the meantime, I have swapped all your buses for the regular one in this save.
