objective warscore ticks daily instead of 1% per month

Steps to reproduce​

border raid casus belli, when enemy takes over the objective (laridah), the objective warscore ticks daily and brings me to -100% before I can even siege it back. Alternatively, if I fight him off Laridah the objective warscore for me ticks every few days. Either way it does not tick 1%/month as usual.
