1st off... Very Nice Work Guys, this really looks like a great start for an awesome mod!

A few things I've noticed so far that I haven't seen discussed anywhere I can find.

1) Vichy Events. Playing as Germany I pushed through the Maginot Line and took the provinces of Paris, Vichy, and a large portion of southeastern France. Vichy fires fine, but when the event that returns Vichy lands to Vichy fired the Vichy capital was in Cayanne, South America. Can you have the return of Vichy lands event please put the Vichy capital in Vichy if it's possible?

2) British Surrender event. After Vichy I pulled off a successful winter of '39-'40 Sealion. With India, Newfoundland, and Malay States now being puppets the British surrender event fires after taking the home islands (although the snotty brits turned it down in my game). Should I still get 5000 money if the Brits deside to fight on? I thought that a bit odd, even for the Brits... Also is this the path that CORE is planning to go for a British surrender? If so I'd like to see the event 'dressed up' a bit, it's too plain, maybe work it into a nice ahistory event chain?

3) Newfoundland. This is just a very minor annoyance on my part so feel free to ignore me on this one. Is Newfoundland being a puppet really worth the bother? While it's more historically correct to have it as a British puppet, does it add anything to the game? Also while it was sort of a British puppet, it's defence and the upgrades to it's military facilities was mainly handled by Canada and the US. If it's going to exist I'd almost like to see it as a Canadian puppet or at least a early war event that desides whos going to be resposible for defending it. Something where it's puppet status could get transfered from the UK to Canada and whoever got it had to spend a little cash and Newfoundland gets a free upgrade to it's airbase and a reserve unit, something anlong those lines? Just a thought.
 
The only thing I suggest is with British Surrender is unless it is not Churchill, it should have a good chance of agreeing with their surrender, because Churchill wouldn't give Britian up for the World.
 
I saw no need to create a new thread for this question. I've played a few games as USSR and noticed that the German AI builds little or no armour, they had 3 armour division by the time they invaded Poland.

Is this normal?

Till now it is normal as there is still no AI for CORE2. Thats why AI is trying to invent things from vanilla techs that in CORE not exists.
In other way AI doesn't know how to invent armors.

Hmmm. The Vichy Capital should be at Vichy once released, unless it was occupied by one of France's enemies. I'll take a look at the events again and see what the problem could be.

Personally, I see no issue with the cash boost. You are effectively siezing the Bank of England and all those financial institutions. Even if they evacuate London, they take it all with them. Perhaps a smaller cash find if the UK opts to fight on though would be appropriate.

As for the event chsin itself, it hasn't been reworked as yet to fit in with all the other changes CORE has made, such as having Malaya and India in game. Over the next few releases this will change.

Yes, I (Germany) occupied the province of Vichy when the events fired that's why the Vichy capital ended up in South America. Is there a way you can modify the 'return of the Vichy lands' event so that the Vichy capital will be returned to Vichy in cases where it's been occupied. It's going to be rather annoying that my future ally is going to have thier capital in South America.

Never thought of the event as representing that! It makes alot more sense now; although I do like the ideal of getting a smaller amount if they fight on and sneak there treasury out of the country.

Ok, thats cool. Good to know it will have a purpose and not just set around and twittle it's thumbs the whole game. Since that's the case I support Newfie's exisitance.
