Obvious BUG - Erik Stenkilsson in 1.04

This is a quite obvious bug, still I couldn't find any report regarding it.

It seems that Erik Stenkilsson didn't inherit his brothers Gold, Prestige and Piety when he became the king in 1.04. Halsten still have it all, though.

Workaround?

Well let's see.

Please don't put "BUG" in the title, because that's the job of the moderators once they've decided whether it is or not, and whether it has been fixed or not.

Prestige and piety are not inherited at all, only gold (and 2/3 of the predecessor's badboy rating). Are you sure he didn't inherit any gold?

To help people work out what's going on, it would help if you described Erik's title(s) and personal gold before the inheritance. Also you could do the same for Halsten and explain who he is and how he is related to Erik and the original king. Your inheritance law may also come into the picture as well, though that may not be the case.

Erik Stenkilsson is the the king of Sweden at the start of the game. It used to be his brother (in the 1.03 patch and before). It seems that someone just forgot to change some data. Anyway I just figured out how to do it myself.

By using the word "inherited" I created some confusion, sorry 'bout that. :rofl:

I'm sure a bug mod will be along soon enough to comment. There are eight of them for CK (!) after all.

I actually have little knowledge of what's going on here, but if Styr sais he'll fix this then it will be soon fixed.

ps. there are not eight CK bug mods, all GD mods are listed as bugmods because of the way the forum software goes. And then there is Tracid, he´s off no use to anybody but just likes to see his name hang around to make him seem important.
