Occupied provinces in terrain mapmode have a graphical glitch

Description​

Whenever a province is occupied by someone - be it rebels or a foreign country, if one switched to the terrain map mode, the ends of the striped pattern have cyan colored broken textures, which resemble graphical glitches. I provided a photo of one of such instances where, as Ottomans, I've occupied one of the provinces of Dulkadir in terrain map mode.

Steps to reproduce​

On a vanilla game, have rebels occupy a province or engage in a war, where the enemy state or your own occupies a province, then switch to the terrain map mode and observe.
