even though it is off map I would still like to see arty firing in a picture in picture style.

p.s. Will counter barrage artillery be a thing?
also will aircraft be able to raid arty in rear?

Wait, artillery is off-map? I thought artillery would be on-map. The maps are big enough to justify on-map artillery, and the Wargame games had on-map artillery units.

I know there will be off-map naval bombardment....most likely reserved for the Allies (and I wonder what the Axis would get to balance it).

There are M7 Priest in one of the screenshot so I suppose only the biggest artillery guns will be off-map.

I would bet on Nebelwerfer... not so heavy, but far more dense and numerous.

It's a mistake. MadMat confirmed that SPGs and other lighter stuff are on map.
