My first emperor Issakios Angelos (started from 1187 using Byzantine Empire) died at the age of 78 in 1233. So I went on with his son Leon Angelos. 40 years later, I found out that Issakios "did not die" until 1263! Figured that there must be a bug, I attempted to go back to my earliest save. But unfortunately, under all my saves, Issakios lived for 108 years instead of 78 years. I have no clue when the bug haunted him but the problem is severe. Ever since 1273, the computer (vista) would freeze and then close out the game without saving EVERY 3 WEEKS which makes me impossible to play. By the time the error happens, my armies have conquered 3/5 of Europe and I was kicking the Norwegians' ass. After getting this far, I really do not want to restart from 1187 and redo everything I have done. But I am sick of tired of the bug. Is there any way that I can get rid of the error and play without saving every week and start the game over and over?
