I have searched and found where the old EU2 music (which was played from 1419 to 1600) was taken from. It might interest other people, so I have decided to share it on this forum :
(the number on the right is correlated to the century in which it was played)

JOCULATORES UPSALIENSES: Woods, Women and Wine

05 - Gaudete - 15 (never heard this track because of a typo in 15.txt, but was there and was meant to be played in the 16th century)
08 - Scribere proposui de contemtu mundano - 15
10 - In vernali tempore ortu laetabundo - 15

These songs are buyable on normal websites like Itunes, Amazon, Qobuz... The albums might interest you because the other songs fit with For The Glory too.
