Old game, I know, but I have 0xc00007b error when trying to launch the game

In fact the game works on any OS from WinXP and stable enough. 0xc00007b error is not related to the game itself and may occur with any software if your PC lacks some dlls like DirectX or .NET, VC++ Redistributable they're damaged or disabled (possible for .NET).
