The official line is that installing patch 1.08 will render playing games started using an earlier version unplayable. I've read some posts from people who claim that they were able to play their old games after installing the patch. There was also some concern that in such games (started under 1.07, but continued under 1.08) the behavior of the AI might be erratic. I'd like to continue a game that I've started with v1.07, but with the more aggressive AI promised in v1.08. Is this possible? Will doing so negatively alter the behavior of the AI?
