I am using Salic Cons~, and recently realised that my second son is the current successor, this makes no sense as he is still a fosterling, not only this, my oldest son isn't in the succesors box at all.
Actually his son is my second successor, then my two brothers and a son of one of them.

So i changed to the oldest son iherit rule, and surprise son of my oldest son is the successor.
Same in elective, no matter how many titles i give him, still nowhere to be seen in successors.

He is excommunicated, does that changes anything?
I simply don't know what to do, and that makes me sad, as i killed all my sons as previous ruler so my brother will inherit just so i can have his son as a heir ;_;
With half the provinces he was already making more than i could with all.

Anyway his traits:
Sceptical, Suspicious, Midas Touched, Excommunicated, Rebellious
500 prestige, -90 piety.

And can someone explain to me how iheriting thru daughters works?
Almost everyone is using Semisalic Primo~, does she inherit it if there are no alive children?
If yes, i should search for old childless rulers or what?

Welcome to the forum.

Excommunicated characters can't inherit titles.

Daughters never inherit titles, but her children will under semi-salic laws. So marry your sons (or your ruler himself) to the eldest daughters of other rulers and then the children of that marriage may inherit titles.
