Is there a way to save edit the Aztec Empire out of my game outside of starting over? I tried to fiddle with it myself but don't really want to break my current game. It's kind of ruining to the immersion of the game when I just ended up inheriting the Aztec Empire in the middle of the reach.

Become King of the Reach/Iron Throne/InsertotherEmpireTierTitleHere, make it your primary and just destroy the Aztec title. Simples.
GRRM once joked that the ending was going to be aliens invading Westeros and enslaving everyone. By aliens he clearly meant Aztecs. Play it out, its not breaking the immersion.
Problem with that is, I tried that, and I get a little pop up that says "Cannot destroy special titles"
Hmm, forgot about that. Go to landed_titles.txt, find e_mexikha (it's right at the end) and delete the line that says '# Always exists'.
I think that might work. Not 100% sure though.
