One Bug (old?), one problem

Playing as the US in the Grand Scenario with Revolutions installed, Lexington Kentucky never gets any railroads. I seem to remember this from earlier versions.

Also, probably as intended, Capitalists won't pick Machine Tools factory as a build, and Laissez Faire won't let me build it. I'd think that once I *can* build it, it would top of the list, at least for the first one. Probably WAD though.

Similarly, they don't seem to want to build automobile factories nor tank factories. I waited a good 20 years since the invention of the automobile before I finally managed to get state-capitalism and built them both myself. They built TONS of factories in this time, but not a one of either of those.

I did find that Machine Parts factories did show up from time to time over the decades, but they were still few and far between.

I just remember that at one point there was a fix for the Lexington issue, and the Capitalist build thing is probably just "Suck it up and elect the Socialists" after
Machine Parts factories are possible. But I'm looking for any info.

My capitalists built two automobile factories, a lot of electrical gear factories, an aeroplane factory and a tank factory in my second Belgium GC. They also built 3 MP factories. I was satisfied with the system!

In my first game it was all liquor and wine factories for some reason...that was annoying . I was not satisfied with the system.

So it is possible to get them to build those factories.
