It showed the please wait loading circle for one second then stopped

Steps to reproduce​

First my game would not save so i quit the game and rebooted it. When I tried to reboot it the game itself did not load so I cleared the cache and reset my Xbox series X. The game itself booted up but I when I tried to load my city it wouldn't load.

All off my other cities are 20mb and above and load just fine.

Having similar problems. I have been saving to several slots to ensure I have a valid save. As a work around when the game is having issues saving. I use a rechargeable batteries and cable with a rubber band on a bumper so the controller will not shut off. The autosave is set to 20min and let the game run. Might take an hour or more to save. Then I save to the extra slots as backup. I have had 1 manual save and 1 auto save go corrupt but have not lost a city. I hope this helps
