As all you people that has followed this MOD might know, OOBs and Creations dates for divisons has been very important.
As I'm planning to give out the first Verison that should only Cover Europe, N.Africa and Middel east so that might explain the weird list of countrys......
OK, well this is a list of countries that is prioritised to be compleated (You can finish other counrtys to thats not priortised if you'll like):
1,) Germany (Almost finished, thats why we has this one on first place)
2,) U.K (Hey The Germans got to has someone to fight right?

3,) U.S.S.R
4,) U.S.A
5,) France
6,) Italy
7,) Poland
8,) Finland
9,) BeNeLux (Belgium, Netherlands and Luxemburgh)
10,) Yugoslavia, Greece, Romania and Hungary
11,) The rest of the World........
