WOW! Thanks :D
You aren't a member of the MOD, right?
Would you lik to be one?

Welcome to the Team, Anzu......

I have a question for you: Are those OOBs from 1september 1939?
'Coz that is when the MOD starts........

and if you need to know wich country is needed to be done, just the list ;)

Ah, okay...

No, it's not really from September 1st as Finland was still a neutral country by then.

This is a more correct OOB in that case (with creation dates):

From the start:
(All divisions should be considered infantry '39, and ryhmä/groups mountain '39)

Army
In Viipuri:
II corps (Österman)
4th Division (Great War Medium artillerybrigade)
5th Division
HQ 39

In Sortavala:
Pohjoiskarjalan Ryhmä (Hägglund) (brigadsize)

In Kajaani:
Pohjoissuomen Ryhmä (Tuompo) (brigadesize)

In Rovanniemi:
Lapin Ryhmä (Wallenius) (brigadesize)

In Mariehamn (Åland islands):
Detachement Hanell (Hanell) (brigadesize)

Navy (Valve)
Coastal Fleet
Ilmarinen, Armored coastal vessel (Heavy cruiser with big guns)
Väinämöinen, Armored coastal vessel (Heavy cruiser with big guns)
Submarineflotilla (five boats, one squadron)
Assorted smaller boats (4 gunsloops, 1 minelayer, 7 MTB's, 6 minsweepers) This could be represented by 2-3 squadrons of old destroyers

Air Force (Lundqvist)
46 fighters (one early fightersquadron at half strenght, Fokker XXI)
17 bombers (together with the utilityplanes one early bombersquadron at 2/3 strength, Blenheim mk.IV)
58 Reconnaissance and utility planes (included in the bombers)

Reinforcements:
-30.11.39 Viipuri: 11th Division, UML-group, 8th Division, 10th Division, R-group, HQ 39
-30.11.39 Lappeenranta: 1st Division
-30.11.39 Mikkeli: 6th Division, 9th Division, HQ 39
-19.12.39 Helsinki: 21st Division, 22nd Division, 23rd Division
-27.12.39 Viipuri: Basic AT-brigade (45mm 20K m.1932)
-5.1.39 Mikkeli: Light Tank brigade
-20.1.40 Viipuri (or if captured, Helsinki): Basic AA-brigade
-28.2.40 Rovanniemi: Swedish Volunteers group, Basic AA-brigade
-By 15.3.40 the Air Force had grown into:
108 fighters (one new basic interceptor, Hurricane II)
39 bombers
58 Reconnaissance and utility planes
-28.6.42 Hämeenlinna: Armored Division (Improved Light Tank, Landsverk L-60) + Improved Armored Car Brigade (BA-10)
-2.3.43 Viipuri: Improved AT-brigade (7.5cm PaK40)
-16.5.43 Mikkeli: Improved Fightersquadron (Bf-109G)
-7.12.43 Viipuri: Improved Tank Destroyer-brigade (StuG.IIIG)
-16.6.44 Sortavala: Advanced Fighersquadron (Focke-Wulf Fw-190D)
-16.6.44 Sortavala: Improved CAS (Junkers Ju-87G Stuka)

The last two units' name was Detachement Kuhlmey and were actually Luftwaffe units, but under finnish command. They were "borrowed" when the situation on the front started to look really bad.

In my oppinion, all units should be upgraded to at least '41 standard by 1941 and the continuation war. The soldiers were all veterans in an army that had fended off the Red Army. The same goes for the HQ's.

ah, thank you very muck Anzu :)
so can we say that you are finding creation dates and OOBs for Scandinavia? or just Finland?

P.S If you want to, you can also do missions for Norway, Finland and Denmark if you'll like, just ask Jexter if its ok, as he is head of Missions :D........

Well, I don't think that should be too hard. I have some good books on the subjects...

As for missions, there weren't very many others than fend-off-the-enemy-as-long-as-possible-type-of-missions, in ANY of the participating Nordic Countries... :D
