OOS Error occuring shortly after player loads into save game

Description​

Played a game a few days ago that went on for 30 - 40 years and stopped for the day. Came back to the game today and a player cannot rejoin the game without encountering an OOS error after 1 - 5 days in game at 1 speed.

The player has verified the integrity of their game files, and no mods are being used in this game. All DLC are active.

I've attached the hosts OSS log and the players OSS log to this report.

Steps to reproduce​

Host launches save game and hosts it with a password
Erroring Client connects
Game starts on 1 speed
Erroring Client gets OOS after a few days

Looks like this might have something to do with steam recordings, we had our player turn them off and we were able to resume our game.
