Maybe I am wrong but I know it is possible to take back Goa from Portugal with a conflit fight but it seems that it is not possible with french Pondicherry? Maybe I am mistaking?

If so, would it be possible to allow it so India can take back all it's lands without launching a war?
Agree.

Furthermore, for Communist India, the Internal Policies branches are now solid AF and i appreciated it. But the foreign policy paths are still barebones with only 1-2 additional focus, i hope the devs would rectify this in the 2nd update.

Like i've said before, ways to help the Soviets and plowing your path westward to them; or building your own bloc, help China, and plow your path north and eastwards.

Some more feedback:

Iraq
- After taking the focus "Curtail Pan-Arabism" is complete, Iraq should lose the option to form Arabia and instead gain the option to form Mesopotamia
- When Bakr Sidqi becomes country leader the Non Aligned party should be called Alhukumat Aleaskaria (Military Government)
- The focuses "Carve-up Syria" and "Status of Lebanon" should demand them to their corresponding overlord, as the description implies
- The focus "Take Advantage of the Situation" should demand Jordan and Palestine from the UK

Iran
- If you decide to go down the constitutional monarchy path as Iran, the flag should become this one after taking the focus "Restoring Constitutional Limits of the Shah"
1744938033151.png

- If Mohammad Ali Foroughi is chosen as leader, his party should be called Revival Party (Ḥezb-e Taǰaddod in Farsi)
- All political party names should be in Farsi
- If you go down the Democratic path as Iran and take the Allies path, after completing the final Focus "Post War Spoils" that gives us cores in Iraq and Afghanistan, 2 things should happen:
. Iran's name should change to "Sublime State of Iran" if a constitutional monarchy and to "Greater Iranian Republic" if a republic
. 2 new Flags, 1 for republican and another for constitutional monarchy

Thank you for making the designs exportable. I have been testing this a bit more.

1. The ability to add a "Designer Note" is awesome. Thanks for adding this!
2. I noticed that the title of the design is included in the exported content, but the Designer Note is not. Is this intentional? It would be nice to include it but I can understand why you might not.
3. I previously reported that for the Navy designs, it appears that the issue where the wrong tag gets applied to the design after having been imported is not yet fixed. For example this design had a skull on it when I exported it (Italy "early sub"), but after importing it has the green turret. The same thing appears to be the case for airplanes and tanks - the icon is not applied. In my experimentation, it appears that the reason for this is that the exports do not include the icon data. An export of a ship, tank, and plane with different icons and of otherwise identical design produced the exact same export.
4. When saving a design, the "Choose an existing folder" dropdown should automatically select the last folder used.
5. "Export to clipboard" is a bit awkward - it would be fine to just say "Copy to clipboard" instead.

Again thanks for this awesome feature!!

@PDX_Gorion, I appreciate all the work the studio has been doing on the GoE and your efforts in particular, but as someone not really interested in separate country packs per se I have to ask a question which many more of us players could probably relate themsevles to: when can we expect a similarly sized persistent patching and overhauling campaign happening to the core game itself and some key expansions? Without diving too deep into the past, even the GOT introduced many obvious bugs which are still not even confirmed publicly, let alone fixed. Is such a maintenance campaign planned at all? E.g. saving the designs is great and has probably been one of the most anticipated QoL-features ever, but there's just so much more left behind :)

Have a look at the image at the bottom of the post https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/threads/patch-notes-operation-shoulder.1733150/ - the war effort patches have a path leading into the fog of war.

Paradox have repeatedly stated they intend to do more war effort patches to fix the main game.

Some more feedback:
Iran
- If you go down the constitutional monarchy or fascist path and keep Reza Shah Pahlavi as a puppet king, he should still be available as a Field Marshall
- 2 Focuses dealing with Kurdish and Azerbaijan resistance should be added to the Democratic branch, the first one "Approach the minorities" should give you 2 decisions to remove the Kurdish/Azerbaijani resistance spirit, while the second one "Embrace Iran's multiculturalism" should give you access to Kurdish/Azerbaijani advisors and generals.

Can you let players check modules of licensed/lend leased equipment?

It would be an interesting strategy if you could modify purchased equipment without needing it to be licensed first. Czechoslovakia is a good choice to buy spare equipment from in the early game but you can’t modify their tanks unless you get a license from them to produce that model.

A small piece of feedback for Iraq
- Add a focus in the Kurdish path, previous to starting the civil war called "Sway Bakr Sidqi to our side" that allows you to keep Bakr Sidqi as a general

Maybe add a focus that says Ally the communist party and it was quite strong in the Shia areas and could explain why Kurdistan retains cores of the rest of Iraq.

Noting here that the change in the latest patch notes 'Added AI strategy to have the UK always let a loyal Raj back into the allies if it completed "Tryst with Destiny"' is non-functional as an independent India on the route to 'Pledge for the Allies' is forbidden from joining any factions, meaning the focus always fails regardless of the AI's posture.

Bug report here: https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/foru...dia-is-still-unable-to-join-factions.1735998/

If I ask very nicely...is there still a chance to sneak in the German AI using Heavy Tanks in the patch as well? ;)

The initial iteration of the beta added this for the Soviet Union ( "Soviet AI will now make use of Heavy Tanks") and from what I have seen in my playthrough, it is working here. It's not that they flood the scene with them (so if there is the concern of the AI going overboard here: no they don't; when tag-switching to the SU for different reasons, I saw them having dedicated a single factory), but I even faced some as Iran in Operation Countenance and my maintenance crews grabbed a souvenir:

Now if Germany only would produce and field some Tigers as well...

Also France should produce and issue B1bis heavy tanks before 1940. IRL the French heavies were difficult (but not invincible) opponents to the Germans. Like the Soviet KV heavy tanks a year later.

For British Raj, After completing the "For the People, By the People" focus, I did not receive the 75% bonus on guns. It was only available on mechanized and special forces. Can you please look into this?

Soviet KV and IS vs german Tigers
When Germany attacked, they did not have any Tigers or any other heavy tanks, but the Soviets did have KVs. First Tigers were produced in 1942, but they were available in any number that mattered only from 1943. The IS was developed only after the Battle of Kursk as an answer to Tigers and were available in numbers during 1944.

At the moment, the German AI does not produce heavy tanks at all. And don't forget that in the vanilla game, all technologies are researched equally by countries. The only difference is in 2D and 3D models and names
